Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 (database), R2 (file storage), and KV (session storage). All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including multi-tenant data isolation to ensure your business data is never accessible to other users.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties, only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Anthropic: Your chat messages are processed by Claude AI to generate executive advice. Messages are not used to train AI models.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
• Cloudflare: Infrastructure hosting and security services.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
